A new collection of types of LLC Sympreal raw materials

Experts of LLC Sympreal believe that each group of products requires a special type of raw materials with different physical, mechanical, and chemical indicators.

To manufacture high-quality ceramic products, new collections of types of LLC Sympreal clay were developed such as Sympreal Ivory, Sympreal Sky, and Sympreal Terra.

Each line of types was worked out in accordance with the quality standards of LLC Sympreal to make our clients sure that only technically manufacturable and eco-friendly raw materials are used for manufacturing of ceramic products.

The Ivory collection is a top line of the company’s types that contains silicon and kaolinite, which provides a finished product with a high density and ceramic body strength. The ceramic body color is white. This collection is suitable for manufacturing of all types of ceramic products, including white and colored unglazed and glazed tiles, porcelain stoneware, and sanitary ceramics.

The Terra collection types are ideal for production of high-quality hollow face bricks of various formats, soft-molded bricks, clinker products, and large-format stone. Products made from the Terra raw materials line have a terracotta color, which allows the manufacturer not to add chemical dyes to achieve such a color solution.

The Sky collection types have characteristics similar to the Ivory and Terra types, but the color of raw materials and a finished ceramic body has a blue-gray shade.
